Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)
Most of the
homeowners at The Sierra's at Jack London Square are
eligible for discounted mortgage rates regardless of
income. Many homeowners may not have received
this discount when they purchased their home.
The discounted
mortgage rates is from a program called Community
Reinvestment Act (CRA). Part of the CRA
program is aimed at promoting investments in CRA
designated areas. Luckily for us, 311 Oak Street in
Oakland is in such an area. To find out more
